Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is specifically tailored to meet your needs and sets out clearly what levels of service you can expect and what compensation we will provide in the unlikely event of us failing to reach these levels. We place great emphasis on the quality of our service and feel that our industry-leading SLA reinforces our commitment to provide you with the best possible service.
We guarantee a minimim of 99.9% network availability. With our Carrier Class network, we aim to attain 100% Service Uptime.
If you find that we fail to meet this promise, we will refund 1 day's service for every hour that connectivity has been unavailable over and above 0.1% of the month, up to a maximum value of one months service.
SwitchLink provides all clients with remote backup facilities. Depending on the package chosen, each client will be allowed atleast 1 backup instance stored on our remote backup servers.
SwitchLink does not automatically backup clients data. The client is expected to schedule when his/her data is backed up via the control panel.
SwitchLink does not accept responsibility for any loss of data due to the client not using the backup service provided.
SwitchLink do not verify the integrity of the data within the backup.
SwitchLink monitors the VPS Cloud as a whole but does not monitor individual VPS containers. We keep a close eye on alerts to make sure clients recieve maximum availability but do not take responsibility for clients software which could cause the downtime of the container.
To guarantee optimal performance of the hosting infrastructure, it is necessary for SwitchLink to perform routine maintenance on the servers and network devices.
SwitchLink will give you advance notice of maintenance requiring the servers to be taken off-line whenever possible. We will attempt to make sure any running VPS are moved without downtime to a different node while maintenance is taking place. If for some reason this is not possible, the client will be given as much notice as possible via email
SwitchLink reserves the right to suspend OR terminate services on receipt of Abuse complaints.
A 30 day money back guarentee is available on VPS services if you are unhappy with the service provided.
Any purchase of Hosting Control Panels (Plesk and CPanel) are non-refundable due to third party costs.
All customer data is kept secure and will not be sold to any third party companies.
Unless authorised by the customer, no SwitchLink staff will access customer data.
SwitchLink reserves the right to change resource limits and prices however it sees fit but will give clients a minimum of 3 months warning via email.
